📅 Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, some baby and pet products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind after order is processed
